PETTENTHAL Niersteiner Riesling dry - A taut Riesling with a red thread, pure tension, rounded off with a hint of sea salt. Aromas of citrus fruits and stone fruits immediately fill your nose when you first sniff. On the palate, it shows a cool, aromatic profile. The stony and mineral character is complemented by a touch of sea salt. Grown on red sandstone; spontaneously fermented in stainless steel and small barrels, with 12 months of lees aging.
