Niersteiner Chardonnay Dry - Aromas of pear and quince, along with a slightly reductive scent, greet the nose at first sniff. On the palate, flavors of nuts and dried apricots emerge. A vibrant wine with a lot of tension and minerality! Grown on limestone. Spontaneously fermented in barrique barrels, 15 months of lees aging, late and minimal sulfur addition, bottled unfiltered.
