Our new cuvée made from Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois. A quality sparkling wine produced using the traditional method. Through a second fermentation in the bottle, endogenous carbon dioxide forms the basis for a fine mousseux. The several months of ageing (36 months) in the bottle before disgorging ensure that the bubbles are fine and well-merged with the structure of the cuvée.
