Rings is a family winery located in the village of Freinsheim (Pfalz/Germany), run by the two brothers Steffen and Andy Rings.

The winery is certified organic and a member of the VDP, the prestigious Verband Deutscher Prädikatsweingüter. Both Riesling and Spätburgunder derive from classified single-sites of the Mittelhaardt region, mainly on limestone soil.

The wines are totally dry, spontaneously fermented and age long on their lees before bottling.

For the Rieslings traditional, big wooden barrels are mandatory while the Spätburgunder age in French oak and stay unfiltered.
