About us
For more than 350 years we as the Zenzen family and the wine estate Kloster Ebernach (Monastery Ebernach) have been dedicated to winemaking in the Mosel Valley, around the picturesque town of Cochem. With demanding manual labour we ensure that the steep slopes famous for the Mosel river remain cultivated. From these exceptional vineyards, we craft predominantly Riesling wines that capture the full finesse and elegance of the Mosel — marked by a distinct minerality and refined character. Our wines range from dry to sweet and some other varieties such as Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Goldriesling.
Combining centuries of family tradition and expertise with modern winemaking techniques, we create wines that are truly unique expressions of our heritage and terroir.

Products & Services
We produce Riesling wines from dry to sweet, expressing the elegance of the Mosel. Our range includes Estate, Village, and Single Vineyard wines, as well as Prädikat levels: Kabinett, Spätlese, and Auslese. We also craft Roter Riesling, Goldriesling, Scheurebe, Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc), and Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir).
