About us
Weingut Schloss Reinhartshausen has been a part of Rheingau wine culture for more than 680 years and is appreciated by wine lovers from all over the world. Even today, a breath of this long history still wafts through our walls. Everything breathes Riesling! Almost...
Since 2013, we have not only respected and preserved tradition with enthusiasm, but have also evolved in line with the times. It is a matter close to our hearts to work strictly according to ecological principles with nature and fauna and we are therefore proud to be a certified organic winery since 2021.
On the mainland, like the generations before us, we focus on unique vineyard sites and their recognizable origin in the glass. Timeless, elegant and uncompromising.
The Mariannenaue, on the other hand, with its own microclimate, invites our winemakers to experiment. We vinify exceptional wines from long-lost historical grape varieties and exciting PIWI. Like rays of hope.

Products & Services
Fine Riesling & Pinot Noir
2018 Marcobrunn Riesling GG
The wines from Marcobrunn are considered a Rheingau cultural asset and are world-famous. The Erbacher Macrobrunn has international stature and is one of the most valuable top vineyards in Germany. The body, strength and structure of the wines are in perfect harmony with their mineral freshness and elegance.
2023 Erbacher Schlossberg Riesling Monopole GG
Just under half a century ago, the most valuable vineyards around the historic castle were allocated to the winery as the exclusive “Schlossberg” monopole. Small grapes from approximately 60-year-old vines on a 2.5-hectare prime piece of land in the Rheingau guarantee a quality that is beyond comparison.
2024 Erbacher Riesling dry - Village Wine
The vineyards from which Erbacher Riesling dry wines originate include the best locations in Erbach (the great vineyards of Erbacher Hohenrain, Erbacher Siegelsberg, and Erbacher Schlossberg).
The castle's oldest vines grow here on deep loess soils interspersed with tertiary marl layers.
This Riesling displays intense fruit aromas: ripe white vineyard peaches, apricots, and yellow citrus fruits.
2024 Hattenheimer Riesling Kabinett
Delicate and refined, with aromas of mirabelle plum, peach, a hint of citrus, and a slight spiciness, form the basis of this perfectly balanced Kabinett. Its balanced sweetness and acidity and mineral structure complete the taste experience and make this wine a great accompaniment to Asian dishes.
Original castle bottling from our historic wine cellar in Erbach/Rheingau.
