Since 2013, we have not only respected and preserved tradition with enthusiasm, but have also evolved in line with the times. It is a matter close to our hearts to work strictly according to ecological principles with nature and fauna and we are therefore proud to be a certified organic winery since 2021.
On the mainland, like the generations before us, we focus on unique vineyard sites and their recognizable origin in the glass. Timeless, elegant and uncompromising.
The Mariannenaue, on the other hand, with its own microclimate, invites our winemakers to experiment. We vinify exceptional wines from long-lost historical grape varieties and exciting PIWI. Like rays of hope.

2018 Marcobrunn Riesling GG
The wines from Marcobrunn are considered a Rheingau cultural asset and are world-famous. The Erbacher Macrobrunn has international stature and is one of the most valuable top vineyards in Germany. The body, strength and structure of the wines are in perfect harmony with their mineral freshness and elegance.
2023 Erbacher Schlossberg Riesling Monopole GG
Il y a près d'un demi-siècle, les vignobles les plus précieux autour du château historique ont été attribués au domaine viticole en tant que monopole « Schlossberg » en propriété exclusive. Les petits raisins issus de vignes âgées d'environ 60 ans, cultivées sur 2,5 hectares du meilleur terroir du Rheingau, garantissent une qualité incomparable.
2024 Erbacher Riesling dry - Village Wine
Les vignobles d'où provient le Riesling sec d'Erbach comprennent les meilleurs emplacements d'Erbach (les grands vignobles Erbacher Hohenrain et Erbacher Siegelsberg, Erbacher Schlossberg).
C'est sur des sols loessiques profonds, traversés par des couches de marne tertiaire, que poussent les plus vieilles vignes du château.
Ce Riesling présente des arômes fruités intenses : pêches blanches mûres, abricots et agrumes jaunes.
2024 Hattenheimer Riesling Kabinett
Délicat et raffiné, avec des arômes de mirabelle, de pêche, une touche d'agrumes et une légère note épicée, ce vin de qualité supérieure est parfaitement équilibré. Son rapport équilibré entre douceur et acidité et sa structure minérale complètent l'expérience gustative et font de ce vin un excellent accompagnement pour les plats asiatiques.
Mise en bouteille originale au château, dans notre cave historique à Erbach/Rheingau.
