Our Path in Winemaking
The path of our winery is clear: selective hand harvesting, the gentlest possible processing, and a careful play with skin contact time. Our wines mature in large wooden casks, barriques, and stainless-steel tanks – consistently dry, without compromise.

Our focus lies on Burgundy varieties and Riesling. These are the grape varieties we love and have worked with for many years, constantly striving to bring out just a little more of their character and expression with each vintage.
