This dry Riesling was grown in our new vineyards. In the last ten years, we have been very intensively concerned with the viticultural consequences of global warming.In contrast to earlier times, the maximum ripeness of the grape is not our primary viticultural goal. The aroma of the wines from these new vineyards differs significantly from the growths from our old vineyards. The new wines are fruitier and more accessible.
