HÖLLE Niersteiner Chardonnay Dry - peach and young walnut, accompanied by delicate yeasty notes and a hint of sage. On the palate, it is dense and full-bodied, yet soft and silky. A subtle touch of sea salt underscores its cool minerality, shaped by the characteristic limestone soils. Fine, well-intgrated oak adds further depth and complexity. Firmly structured and boasting a long, multi-layered finish, this wine harmoniously unites precision with graceful richness. Hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented in barrique (10% new oak), aged 11 months on the full lees in barrel and a further 3 months on fine lees in stainless steel. Grown on limestone. Spontaneously fermented in large casks, aged for 15 months on the lees, with late and minimal sulfuring, unfiltered.
