WHAT A STORY!
Founded in Berlin in 1868, the company began sparkling wine production in Metz (France) in the 1890s, and then moved to Eltville in the Rheingau in 1921. It is no wonder that Vaux sees itself as a delicious example of European traditions. The dynamic spirit of the metropolis, all the finesse of French savoir vivre, the precision of German craftsmanship and more than 150 years of experience in traditional bottle fermentation can all be tasted in VAUX’s sparkling wines.
