About us
For more than 15 years we count on grape varieties with a natural resistance against powdery and downy mildew. We are convinced the high quality and character of those varieties, cultivated in more than 50% of our vineyards, located in famous german crus.
Our experience showed us that their advantages are obvious: 80% of the average crop protection saved, less fuel used, less soil consolidation and a lot of time saved.
Looking for new solutions for current challenges, such as sustainability is a priority for us. In practice, this means a conscious, reasonable, and efficient use of resources.
To promote biodiversity, we do not use herbicides anymore, but seed legumes as natural fertilizers. To improve our carbon footprint, we take back empty bottles and reuse them as often as possible.
As a reward for those efforts, we received the FairChoice-Label of the German Institute for sustainable development.
