The VILLA HUESGEN wine estates history goes back to 1735 and is managed today in the 8th generation by Ado Huesgen.
With love for the Mosel valley und it’s steep slate slopes, the passion for craftmanship in nature and cellar, as well as responsibility for nature and next generations, fine and complex wines are formed. Each of them unique and to be enjoyed on any occasion.

80 year old uncrafted vines with concentrated berries. Grand Cru site of
the Prussian vineyard classification of 1868. Nobly ripened grapes selectively harvested by hand. Perfectly balanced, very intense. Crisp minerality with fine sweetness and juicy fruit. The finish is long and powerful. Impressively ripe, fresh, fruity and salty minerals at the same time. Full-bodied rarity wine for special occasions.

Traditional bottle fermentation, aged on the yeast over 24 months, hand shaken. Elegant nose with aromas of brioche and traces of hazelnut. Delicate Riesling fruit. Fine bubbly mousse. An elegant aperitif or food companion.

Typical Mosel slate and proximity to the river provide fresh and clear aromas. Beautiful fruit and mineral hints with fine, reduced acidity. Ice-cold in summer, goes well with asparagus, fish and poultry.
