Our wine philosophy is as vibrant as our vineyards: biodynamic, dry, fresh, and fruity estate wines stand alongside elegant, structured, and mineral-driven single-vineyard masterpieces.
Each bottle reflects the essence of our craft—expression and finesse—rooted in the calcareous and nutrient-rich clay and limestone soils atop the highest hill in the heart of Rheinhessen.
Organic winemaking has been at the heart of our philosophy since 2004, and embracing biodynamic viticulture in 2012 was a natural next step. Our ultimate goal is to work hand in hand with nature, cultivating healthy soils to create the perfect environment for vibrant, thriving vines.

Our family winery, certified by DEMETER and FAIRCHOICE, is known and appreciated for crafting exceptional Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir. Riesling Sekt brut 2022
The single-varietal, Demeter-certified organic vintage sparkling wine from Gustavshof, with fine fruit, beautiful minerality, and plenty of elegance and finesse. Made using the oldest method of sparkling wine production, the Méthode Rurale, in which the carbonation occurs during the first fermentation. No addition of sugar or dosage is required, preserving the natural typicity of the grape variety at its best.
Riesling Signatur
It’s a rare moment during our tastings when, after the first sip, the entire panel falls into thoughtful silence—only to take another sip... and then another. Yet that’s precisely what happened with this Riesling. The Riesling Signature represents the pinnacle of Gustavshof's Rieslings, a testament to the winemaking family's deep passion for this exceptional grape variety.
Grauburgunder Signatur
This golden-yellow Pinot Gris captivates with its multi-layered structure, featuring ripe fruit aromas of melon and pear, beautifully complemented by subtle yeast and oak notes from its extended maturation on the lees (sur lie) in oak barrels. Complex yet finely balanced, it lingers on the palate with a delightful creaminess and pronounced minerality. In our opinion, one of the finest organic Pinot Gris available on the market! Riesling PUR Vin Naturel
The Gustavshof PUR is our natural Riesling from the Leckerberg. The vines grow on heavy, calcareous and poor tertiary marl soils and drive their roots a little deeper into the complex soil every year to enrich themselves with its minerality. Thanks to biodynamics and the low number of grapes per vine, the grapes here achieve perfect ripeness and a unique character.
JOMAX Spätburgunder
Experience the enchanting aromas of this biodynamic Pinot Noir, where ripe tannins beautifully harmonize with a fruity character and elegant spicy notes. The first sip reveals a complex flavor profile: luscious cherries and juicy raspberries intertwine with delicate hints of plum and a touch of strawberry.
PURISTICA Spätburgunder
Vin Naturel. 100% Pinot Noir, unsulfured, unfiltered. The wine showcases a wonderful, very clear Pinot character. Forest berries (blackberries!), underbrush, herbs, and smoky notes. On the palate, it is extremely dense and full-bodied with a pleasant and robust tannin structure. A wine with great aging potential!
PURIST Cabernet Cortis
PURIST is our Cabernet, crafted from carefully selected, fully ripened grapes of the Cabernet Cortis variety. This unfiltered and unsulfured gem comes from our vineyard on the Leckerberg, where the warm, chalk-rich soils create the perfect conditions for exceptional grape growth. Fascinating and approachable, PURIST is the perfect choice for all Cabernet enthusiasts looking for a taste of natural authenticity!
