Light golden yellow in colour. Expressive nose with aromas reminiscent of vanilla, roasted hazelnut, ripe apricot and quince. Slightly exotic fruit flavours of mango and papaya in the background. Powerful on the palate with a delicate texture, fine acidity, juicy character and good aromatic length. Herbal spice and fine toasting on the finish.
