A lingering aroma, fine roasted notes, roasted hazelnut and vanilla, carried by ripe fruit, juicy pear, some apricot and quince as well as a hint of lemon zest. Elegant floral notes and a hint of flint. Juicy and aromatic on the palate with a fresh character, great elegance and depth, multi-layered with ripe fruit, fresh citrus notes, delicate toasting and excellent length and a hint of mace blossom on the finish.
