2021 HERRENBERG Oppenheimer Pinot Noir Dry - A delicate scent of sour cherry, juniper berries, and vibrant red fruit delights your nose at first sniff. Upon the second inhale, exciting smoky and herbal aromas emerge. In the background, fine nougat notes and a hint of vanilla oak add depth. On the palate, the harmoniously integrated acidity impresses, revealing ripe tannins. Its long finish, with beautiful structure and tension, ensures a smooth drinking experience. Grown on limestone, marl, and Pararendzina soils. Spontaneously fermented on the mash, aged for 24 months in barriques, unfiltered. 13.0% vol alcohol │ 7.8 g/l acidity │ 0.0 g/l residual sugar │ 0.75 ℓ │ Vegan
