2022 Cuvée Johannes G Dry - This wine presents a deep red color in the glass. Aromas of dark forest fruits, plums, dates, and black cherries greet the nose. On the palate, the wine impresses with its smoky notes, as well as flavors of spices and fine dark chocolate. It is a very complex wine with power, depth, and a soft, velvety character. Grown on shell limestone, clay marl, and loess. Spontaneously fermented on the mash, aged for 24 months in large casks and barriques. 13.0% vol alcohol │ 5.2 g/l acidity │ 1.8 g/l residual sugar │ 0.75 ℓ │ Vegan
