The traditional bottle fermentation process requires a lot of time and manual effort, enabling us to create exceptional sparkling wines. After aging on the lees for 24 to 40 months, the bottles are hand-riddled and disgorged.
Cuvée Sekt "Pure" traditional method – brut nature - Our elegant sparkling wine cuvée, made from Pinot Noir grapes, offers an intriguing complexity. The flavor of our "Pure" cuvée is characterized by delicate fruit notes, especially red and dark forest berries. This sparkling wine is perfectly rounded off by its fine mousse. After 30 months of aging on the lees, the bottles are hand-riddled and disgorged. 12.0% vol alcohol │ 5.4 g/l acidity │ 0.8 g/l residual sugar │ 0,75 ℓ │ Vegan

2020 Blanc de Blanc Sekt traditional method – brut nature - The traditional bottle fermentation is key to the smooth taste and fine mousse of our vintage sparkling wine. After 40 months of aging on the lees, this Chardonnay-based sparkling wine reveals spicy and nutty aromas.
